Step 2: Fold bottom flaps – put the flat box with the face down. Fold the two shorter pieces of feather inwards first, then fold the longer two pieces of feather over that to create a solid base.

Step 3: Seal the bottom, use packing tape to seal the centre seam and along the edges of the bottom flaps. This provides a triple reinforced base.

Step 4: Stand the box up Gently push in the side panels and stand the box up. The walls should come to a secure stop.

Step 5: Stuff in the contents, heavier objects at the bottom. Use foam, bubble wrap or Bio-Fill to fill in any gaps that allow for movement.

Step 6: Seal the top: Fold the upper flaps as done above the bottom flaps, that is, inside flaps over outside flaps. Secure closure using tape in an H pattern.

Note: Do not over tape the printed exterior surface of litho-laminated Propak boxes because the print finish may be damaged when the tape is removed.
