✓ Uniform WeaveFlat Fabric
Woven as a plain, open sheet on a flat loom with no seam or fold built in, this is the most versatile base fabric we make. It's cut, stitched and laminated into everything from FIBC panels to woven sacks and general-purpose liners, giving you a clean, consistent surface for printing and coating.
✓ Zero Side SeamsTube Fabric
Woven directly into a continuous cylinder on a circular loom, this fabric comes off the roll with no vertical side seam at all. That seamless body removes the weakest point in a typical woven sack, so bags made from it hold up better under rough handling and heavier fills.
✓ Breathable PanelsVentilated Fabric
Open mesh sections are woven directly into the body between solid PP panels, letting air pass through the fabric while keeping enough tape strength to hold shape and load. It's the fabric of choice whenever the product inside needs to breathe — without giving up durability.
✓ Type B/C AvailableConductive Fabric
Fine conductive threads are woven through the fabric in a regular grid pattern, available in fully groundable (Type C) or self-insulating (Type B) builds. Charge generated during filling or emptying is safely dissipated through the grid instead of building up — critical wherever fine, flammable or explosive powders are handled.
✓ Pre-Folded SidesGusset Fabric
The side folds that give a bag its square, box-like cross-section are woven into the fabric itself on the loom, instead of being cut and stitched in afterwards. That built-in gusset cuts down on extra seams and stitching operations, while giving finished bags a fuller, more stable stand when filled.
✓ Maximum Air PermeabilityLeno Fabric
Warp yarns are crossed and twisted around each other in a leno weave, locking an open mesh structure in place without slipping. The result is a lightweight, highly breathable fabric that still holds its shape under load — ideal for fruit, vegetable and firewood mesh bags that need maximum airflow.
