✓ Seam-Failure ResistantU-Panel FIBC Bag
A single U-shaped fabric panel wraps continuously around the base and sidewalls with no seam running directly under the load, virtually eliminating the risk of base failure. This construction is especially resistant to seam wear under abrasive or very heavy fill materials that place maximum stress on bag seams.
✓ No Corner StressCircular FIBC Bag
Woven as a continuous tube with no vertical corner seams, the Circular FIBC Bag removes the stress points that usually form at a bag's corners. The round profile distributes pressure evenly around the whole circumference, giving it excellent strength-to-weight performance for heavier loads.
✓ Maximum Cube Efficiency4+1 Panel FIBC Bag
Four woven side panels are stitched to a single base panel, holding the bag in a true cuboid shape the moment it's filled — no separate internal baffles required. That squared-off, five-panel form lets you fit noticeably more bags per pallet layer and per shipping container, cutting real freight and warehouse costs.
✓ High Burst StrengthCross Corner FIBC Bag
Loops are sewn diagonally across the corners rather than at the seams, spreading lifting stress evenly around the entire circumference of the bag. The result is a noticeably higher burst strength and a bag that resists corner tearing even under repeated crane and forklift cycles.
✓ Airflow OptimisedVentilated FIBC Bag
Mesh panels are set into the body between solid woven sections, letting air move freely through the load while keeping enough solid fabric for structural strength. It's the right balance of airflow and durability for produce and goods that need to breathe but still need a sturdy bag.
✓ Stable Under LoadBaffle FIBC Bag
Internal baffle panels stitched across the diagonals stop the bag from bulging outward once filled, holding a stable, upright shape from base to top. That controlled profile keeps stacked bags secure in transit and makes palletizing faster and safer.
✓ Type B/C AvailableConductive FIBC Bag
Conductive threads are woven throughout the fabric in a grid, available in fully groundable (Type C) or insulated (Type B) construction. Properly earthed or self-insulating during filling and discharge, this design safely dissipates static charge — essential when handling fine, flammable, or explosive powders.
✓ Tight-Space FriendlyOne/ Two Loop FIBC Bag
Available with either a single wide central loop or two loops set close together, this format is built for spaces where headroom or crane swing is tight. The narrow lift point reduces the risk of the load swinging or catching on overhead obstructions during transfer.
✓ UN-Rated PackagingUN FIBC Bag
Manufactured and tested to UN packaging standards for the transport of hazardous and dangerous goods, this bag carries full UN certification markings for regulated shipping. Every batch is drop-tested and load-tested to the certified rating, giving you documented compliance for export and hazmat logistics.
Same rigour, whichever format you choose.
