Flexible polyurethane foam is produced by reacting polyol with isocyanate in the presence of water, catalysts, and surfactants. Rigid Insulation

High-performance thermal insulation panels engineered for construction, refrigeration, and cold-chain logistics using rigid polyurethane foam.

Rigid PU foam uses a closed-cell structure that delivers the highest R-value per inch of any commercial insulation — approximately 6× better than glass wool. It is formed by reacting polyol with MDI using blowing agents that create a gas-trapping matrix, providing superior thermal performance and structural rigidity.

PU adhesives cure by reacting with moisture (1K) or with an isocyanate hardener (2K). The resulting polymer forms a tough yet elastic bond that survives thermal cycling, vibration, and dynamic loads — more flexible than epoxy, more structural than silicone.
